RETURN POLICY

FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS
We will issue a refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees, for all unused, undamaged and/or defective products returned within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging (whenever possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit.

Your card will only be affected if there is a balance due/owed. Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment. If the order was paid using multiple methods, we will refund to each form of payment used. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Merchandise purchased at a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit is received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at our online store and reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

Items purchased at thehemperorsclub.com may be returned to one of our The Hemperors Club retail stores within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging and the original packing slip must be provided.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Thehemperorsclub.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of placing your order. You must contact us via e-mail at support@thehemperorsclub.com within the 14 day window. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.

QUICK EXHANGES
To exchange an order, please return you original item(s) using our our prepaid return label and place a new order online. You may contact us via email at support@thehemperorsclub.com with both your original and new order numbers and we’ll waive the return shipping fee.

EASY RETURNS BY MAIL
Pre-paid Shipping Label – $6.00

Simply affix the included prepaid return label and take it to your nearest authorized USPS facility or drop off location.

When you return an order to The Hemperors Club using our prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage.

Note: Orders shipped prior to 2/26/2014 included a FedEx prepaid label inside the shipment. Simply affix the FedEx label, drop-off at any FedEx location. Alternatively, you could also use a replacement USPS Newgistics return label and take it to your nearest authorized USPS facility or drop off location.

For replacement return labels, please visit contact us at support@thehemperorsclub.com with details about the items that you need to return. We will gladly send you a label via e-mail shortly after.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and return reason at support@thehemperorsclub.com

We will then provide you with further instructions on getting a Return Merchandise Authorization form approved and details on where returns should be shipped to. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner FiftyOne in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs, but do not include original shipping costs. A refund will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the merchandise at the FiftyOne international hub.

Returns sent without the required documentation may not be refunded the full amount.
